B&B in Robe
Directly opposite Guichen Bay in the quaint fishing port of Robe this B&B makes for a very relaxed Limestone Coast stopover. Guests can sit on the deck overlooking the Harbour, enjoy a bottle of local wine and, occasionally, may see one of the touring tall ships pull in. A short stroll away is the beach and Robe's main street, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to sample in this gem of a seaside town. Having been in the South Australian hospitality industry for nearly forty years, hosts Ann and George know the region well, and are happy to share their knowledge with their guests. But one of their best secrets can be enjoyed without going too far - their full breakfasts feature smoked bacon from the local butcher and pan-grilled fish, fresh from the local fishermen. The four guest rooms, lounge and dining room are contemporary in style and share views over the bay.
