Flights > Germany

The German low-cost market is served by three large domestic carriers: Air Berlin, Germanwings and TUIfly. Air Berlin, Europe’s third largest low-cost airline, serves numerous European destinations from Hanover, Munster, Berlin, Leipzig, Nuremberg, Paderborn and Dusseldorf. Germanwings flies to 53 destinations in Europe from its bases in Cologne, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg and Dortmund. The German carriers Hapag-Lloyd and HLX merged to form TUIfly in January 2007. This merger created the third largest fleet in Germany after Lufthansa and Air Berlin. From its bases in Hanover and Cologne, TUIfly serves 75 destinations in 17 countries. These and other low-cost airlines serving the German market are displayed below.
