This former residence of a Sicilian baron dates back to the 15th century. The country estate was neglected for decades until an American grandchild of the baron's decided to return to her roots and restore the property to its old glory. She completed the project in 2002. Since then her family has run one of the most fabulous guesthouses in southeast Sicily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests can choose between a swimming pool, a library, a solarium and a restaurant with a bar. Beautiful sandy beaches are a short drive away.
