Accommodation: A wilderness camp The camp is part of the Big Game Reserve group in Swaziland. Lions are the only big five animal not represented. The accommodation in the bush camp provides a unique African experience, something that Kruger Park in South Africa cannot offer. Guests are met at the entrance gate at 4 p.m. and cars are left at the office. The road leading to the camp is only accessible by 4x4 vehicle s . The thatched roof chalets have en-suite bathrooms and are nestled at intervals in the bush. Paraffin lamps are lit in the evenings, as there is no electricity in the camp. After a romantic dinner around a campfire under a huge tree that forms the centre of the boma, guests are invited to participate in a game drive or stroll along the dry riverbed below the campsite. In the morning before breakfast, guests can take a guided walk through the bush or ride in 4x4 vehicle s . The transfer to private cars takes place at 10 a.m. the following morning. |
