Cape Town Pass
We have included a "Cape Town Pass" for each person on the tour in our price. The pass is valid for two days. Please contact Umfulana if you would like to change the duration of the pass.
The Cape Town Pass allows free entry to unique attractions and activities in addition to special offers and discounts on the best that Cape Town has to offer. The pass provides great value and convenience and represents an excellent guide to the main attractions in Cape Town, The Peninsula, Constantia Valley and The Winelands.
While you may have heard of Table Mountain, you are probably not familiar with the Footsteps to Freedom, The Gold of Africa, Groot Constantia, Two Oceans Aquarium, Seal Island and the Bo-Kaap Experience. You can enjoy a free champagne cruise, surfing, horseback riding on the beach, chocolate & wine tours or an introduction to the world's largest gem stone factory. Containing over R3,000 worth of value, the 160 page guide book provides great value and convenience.
How does one discover the true Cape Town? Apart from free admissions, free guided tours, attractions and activities, there are special offers and discounts for selected restaurants, cafes and shops. So whether you prefer sightseeing, nature, sports, wine, museums, galleries, indoor or outdoor activities, the Cape Town Pass offers something for everyone.

How it works: The Cape Town Pass will be pre-booked by Umfulana in your name. You are then given a personalized Cape Town Pass similar to a credit card and a 160 page guide book to ease navigation through the various offers.
See more, Save more, Enjoy more: The Cape Town Pass gives the international (and domestic!) visitor access to over 50 attractions as well as special offers relating to shops, restaurants and activities. The guide book includes maps and time tables. You simply show the pass at the different venues and they swipe the card for free access.
Validity and Types: The Cape Town Pass is offered for four different durations: 6 days, 3 days, 2 days and 1 day. Each Cape Town Pass is personalized. The period of validity starts and ends on the dates and times shown on the front of the card; the holder decides when to start using the pass, which then determines the end date and time. The Cape Town Pass is available for both adults and children (age 4-17). Each pass provides 1 free admission per tourist attraction.
A perfect guide for all tourists: The guide booklet containing all free attractions, special offers and maps provides an excellent guide for tourists during their stay in Cape Town & surroundings. The guide caters for the different types of travellers, whether they are independent travellers, families, cultural travellers, business travellers or active outdoor enthusiasts, travellers visiting friends, relatives or on holiday.
New: Free cell phone offer with Vodashop Cellucity. Show your voucher or valid Cape Town Pass and you will receive a free cell phone and sim card during your stay (max of 60 days). The rates are even better then prepaid.

Accommodation: A bush camp near the park gates
"Comfortable rustic" best describes the spacious accommodation at the camp. All the chalets have a generous bedroom and living area with an outside deck. Each chalet is carefully positioned to maximise privacy and all are accessed by separate boardwalks. The chalets are equipped with bar fridges stocked according to your preference, a kettle and ample supplies of tea and coffee.
The entire bushcamp facility was designed and built by an environmental conservationist who took great care not to harm the unique vegetation surrounding the camp. Each endemic plant was mapped and carefully removed prior to the construction phase and then, on completion of the project, was returned to a position as close as possible to it's original location. To avoid any damage to the environment all access within the bushcamp is now along raised boardwalks. A number of marked walking trails spiral out in various directions from the edge of the bushcamp.
